I had planned it all out.

In the kindergartens here there are many levels.. baby classes... then K1, K2, and K3. It's a big change from America where most kids first school experience is the first grade at age 5 or 6. We have 'preschools' which are basically multi-kid babysitting businesses. Then I'm sure in the major cities there are actual professional kindergartens where they try to teach kids stuff, but I grew up in upper-middle class America and never had any contact/reference to it.. I think it must be a rich kid thing.

The difference between babysitters and teachers being objectives and methods. Babysitters are there to distract the kids while you do other things. Teachers are there to actually make sure the kids are improving during that time.

To be continued...
